To provide advanced medical and preventive healthcare services, we may collect the following data:

• Personal & Contact Identity: Name, Date of Birth, Gender, ID/Passport number, Phone number, Email, and Address.

• Sensitive Health Data: Medical history, allergy records, comprehensive blood test results (e.g., hormone panels, tumor markers, IgG4 Food Intolerance), immunological data (NK Cell Activity), biological data from cell extraction (MSC, ADSC), and treatment histories (e.g., IV Drip, ED management, PCOS, Insomnia protocols).

• Technical Data: IP Address, Cookies, and website usage behavior when you visit our digital platforms.

We collect and utilize your data for the following purposes:

• Medical Evaluation & Treatment: To enable our specialized medical team to accurately diagnose and formulate highly personalized, safe, and effective treatment protocols.

• Laboratory Operations: To process, analyze, and cultivate biological samples (e.g., NK Cells, Stem Cells) in collaboration with internationally certified, world-class laboratories.

• Communication: To facilitate appointment reminders, clinical follow-ups, and ongoing health consultations.

• Service Improvement: To conduct statistical analysis aimed at continuously elevating our clinical standards and patient experience.

• Partner Laboratories: We may securely transfer biological samples and relevant requisite data to specialized, certified laboratories (e.g., for the OSAKIMethod® or Stem Cell Banking) solely for processing, analysis, and cell cultivation.

• Clinical Staff: Internal disclosure restricted only to the specific physicians, nurses, and scientists directly involved in your care.

• Legal Compliance: When mandated by applicable laws, government authorities, or valid court orders.
